Nice work! Awesome fabrication skills. On the steering, I'm really excited about new ideas. But I'm not too convinced that the PS controller is the future. It can be uncomfortable for driving purposes. The advantage of the steering wheel is that you can put your hands in a rested position and still have full control of the car. For a PS controller, even if you can rest your hands on your lap, it's still an effort to grip the controller. Placing it on a surface can spell disaster if you forget the orientation and try steer. The hand ball idea looks promising though.

I think that you have put a 150% hard work into this project , For me the windscreen gap is an issue also the door thresholds don’t look factory still look very amateur Lastly be very careful of your final paint choice it will make or break the concept, The color choices I’ve seen so far it looks like a classic car escaping through a black hole, Keep going at it guys.👍

The trick to the score and burn method of cutting laminated glass is to pour the isopropyl alcohol directly into the cut so that it effectively seeps into the score and melts the center bonding layer. I’ve done this many times and it works beautifully as long as your scoring cuts are nice and deep. You just need to have that fire extinguisher right next to your workspace and be VERY careful not to get that alcohol on your clothing or shoes. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
